THIRD SUSPECT ARRESTED IN WEST BERKELEY/NORTH OAKLAND HOMICIDES
Berkeley, California (Tuesday, May 26, 2009) - On May 25, 2009, at 1:42 a.m., the City of Berkeley Police Department received a Teletype from the Federal Bureau of Investigations advising that Samuel Flowers had been arrested for Grand Theft, Petty Theft, and Resisting Arrest in Bal Harbour, Florida.
Flowers is wanted in connection with the May 16th shooting death of Charles Davis and a car crash that took the lives of Todd Perea and Floyd Ross. Flowers is currently being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Facility in Miami, Florida and is awaiting extradition.

The fourth suspect, Rafael Campbell, who fled the scene of the crash with Flowers, remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous.
There is a $47,000 reward offered for information leading to their arrest and conviction through the City of Berkeley and Bay Area Crime Stoppers.
