BERKELEY DAY CAMP REGISTRATION STILL OPEN!
Sessions Available Starting June 15th - August 10th
Berkeley, California (Wednesday, May 27, 2009) - Berkeley's Beloved Day Camp is still accepting applications for the Summer 2009 season! Berkeley Day Camp (BDC) is a fun, exciting and safe summer adventure for youth in Kindergarten -- 5th Grade. Youth enjoy recreational activities, arts and crafts, group games, hiking, special theme days ("Pirates of the Sea!") and a group cookout. BDC is a traveling program with visits to Tilden Park, the Berkeley Marina and various swimming locations (such as Lake Anza and Crown Beach). Supervised, round-trip transportation from local parks is provided at no additional charge.
Fees (per week): Core Program (9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.): $135 (Residents), $149 (Non-Residents)
*Extended Morning and Afternoon Care is available for an additional fee.
Camp begins on Monday, June 15th and runs Monday- Friday through August 14th, and there are currently openings in all sessions. Day Camp typically sells out, so contact the Camps Office soon to register!
