The San Pablo Park Basketball Courts are very popular and have been in poor condition for some time. A complete renovation was needed in order to improve the safety and accessibility of the courts; to provide a more durable, usable facility; and to increase energy-efficiency of the lighting.
Renovation highlights are new paving, new basketball posts, backboards, rims and nets, new benches, roof repair and replacement of the William “Bill” Rose name sign. This project was funded by Measure WW and CDBG grants, Parks Tax and Capital Improvement Funds.
