FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR BERKELEY YOUTH: UPDATED SCHEDULE
Summer lunch program begins June 17, serving youth ages 18 and younger

Berkeley, California (Thursday, May 09, 2013) - Children who are 18 years old or younger are invited to eat free in Berkeley. The City of Berkeley, in collaboration with the State of California Department of Education, will offer free summer lunches and snacks to all Berkeley children at locations across the City.  Dates, locations, and times are listed below.

*Please note that the schedule for lunches was updated on May 24th. Please disregard previous schedule.*

June 17 - August 9

James Kenney Community Center, 1720 8th Street
        Lunch Served 11:30 am -- 1:00 pm
        Snack Served 2:30 pm - 4 pm

MLK Jr. Youth Center, 1730 Oregon Street
         Lunch Served 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
         Snack Served 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Frances Albrier Community Center, 2800 Park Street
         Lunch Served 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Harrison Street Skate Park, 5th and Harrison Street
