Increases the FY 2016 tax rate for funding the provision of Library Services in the City of Berkeley from $.1856 (18.56 cents) to $0.1927 (19.27 cents) per square foot for dwelling units and from $.2806 (28.06 cents) to $0.2913 (29.13 cents) per square foot for industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings based on the per capita Personal Income Growth factor in California of 3.82%.
