Annual Action Plans describe how Berkeley intends to spend funds from federal Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Shelter Grant, and HOME Partnership for Investment Programs of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Each year, this plan is due to HUD on May 15th.
