Downtown Berkeley Design Guidelines

The Design Guidelines are intended to implement the objectives and policies of the Historic Preservation and Urban Design element of the Berkeley Downtown Plan.  The Guidelines are available for purchase on the third floor of the Planning and Development Department at 2120 Milvia Street for $7.
