Item 6.a.(1) Proposal that the Board adopt a resolution to reinstate the position of Administrative Staff Assistant, on a temporary basis, until the position currently classified as Assistant Management Analyst and occupied by Pam Wyche can be upgraded to Associate Management Analyst. Item 6.b.(1) Second reading of proposal to amend Regulation 508 to conform to recent amendment to Civil Code Section 1954.52 (Costa-Hawkins) enacted by SB 985 that restricts the exemption for condominium units to only such units that have been sold separately by the subdivider to a bona fide purchaser for value. Item 5.b. Appeal T-3798 - 2620 Stuart Street, #4 - M/S/C (Hogarth/Spector) TO AFFIRM THE DECISION OF THE HEARING EXAMINER WITH A MODIFICATION THAT THE LANDLORD MAKE ENOUGH SPACE AVAILABLE TO TENANTS FOR THE STORAGE OF TWO BICYCLES AT THE RATE OF $20 A MONTH WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR STRINGS ATTACHED.
