The North Berkeley Senior Center offers a variety of services, social and recreation programs to meet the needs of adults 55 and older in the Berkeley community.
The Center is the perfect place to socialize and participate in recreational activities. Center staff are also able to provide a variety of information and resources, referrals, health insurance counseling and even income tax assistance! There are bi-monthly programs for those with vision and hearing impairments. The Senior Centers in Berkeley empower seniors in the Berkeley community by helping them to remain active, healthy, and independent!
The Center is wheelchair accessible and is also accessible by public transportation. AC Transit buses to ride to the center are the 79 and 51 lines. The Center also provides free van transportation to and from the center.
