Tuberculosis Prevention & Control Program

The Tuberculosis (TB) Control Program provides information and services pertaining the control and prevention of the spread of tuberculosis.

PLEASE NOTE: Telephone service both into and out of the City’s Ann Chandler Health Center at 830 University Ave, including the Public Health Clinic, the Tuberculosis/Immunization Clinic, the WIC Program and the Communicable Disease Program, are currently not functioning. To contact the Public Health Clinic, please email us at: mab7@cityofberkeley.info.

The Tuberculosis Prevention & Control Program will be CLOSED on Tuesday, April 8, 2014. Normal business hours will resume on Thursday, April 10, 2014. We apologize for any inconvenience.
