1.  1631 Fifth Street – Revision to Selection Criteria to Include Housing (PDF)

From: Executive Officer 

Recommendation: Direct staff to work with the Project Area Committee to revise criteria for future use of Agency property at 1631 Fifth Street to acknowledge the allowance of housing and the desirability of affordable housing for artists.  

Financial Implications: Staff time.

2. Berkeley Redevelopment Agency Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2007 (PDF)

Recommendation:  Adopt a Resolution accepting the Berkeley Redevelopment Agency's Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2007.

3. Contract No. 7351 Amendment: Wilber Smith Associates -Additional Traffic Counts and 2015 Analysis in West Berkeley Circulation Master Plan (To be delivered) (PDF)

From: Executive Officer 

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Executive Officer to amend the Agency's contract with Wilbur Smith Associates Transportation Consultants (WSA) for the West Berkeley Circulation Master Plan to add $28,880 to expand the scope of work for a new total of $470,665.
