Crisis, Assessment, and Triage (CAT)

Our Purpose

We provide crisis counseling, assessment, evaluation, brief clinic based treatment services, and linkages to community based resources.  

The Crisis team also offers consultation services and coordinates with other agencies and groups.

What We Do

  • Who We Serve

    We serve residents of Berkeley and Albany or homeless in Berkeley or Albany, 18 years or older.  Clients must be experiencing moderate to severe psychiatric crisis that is affecting major areas of life functioning OR demonstrate clear need for a thorough mental health evaluation and assessment to determine best possible intervention.

    Fee: Sliding scale based on income; free services depending on income qualification
