Recommendation:  Provide general direction regarding possible City revenue measures, to be submitted to the voters at the November 4, 2008 General Municipal Election for:

·    Public Safety Police

·    Public Safety Fire

·    Youth Success and Violence Prevention

·    Watershed Management (Clean Storm Water)

·    Warm Water Pool

·    Other Capital Projects.
