Housing Repairs and Improvements for Seniors and People Who Are Disabled

The housing programs listed below provide deferred loans or free repairs for seniors and people who are disabled. The programs are for low income individuals or families. Seniors are 62 years or older. Low income is defined as an annual income below $23,000 for one person, below $26,300 for a family of two, and below $29,550 for a family of three.
