Item 6. a. Recommendation to run a monthly quarter page advertisement in the Daily Californian, with the content of these advertisements to reflect: (1) timely rent issues being faced by students, (2) new policies or services affecting tenancies, and (3) scheduled Rent Stabilization Board events. (Student Outreach Committee) TO ADOPT RECOMMENDATION WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT AN ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE PLACED IN THE DAILY CALIFORNIAN, OR ANOTHER LOCAL NEWSPAPER, AT A MINIMUM OF FOUR TIMES DURING THE NEXT SIX MONTHS AND THAT THE STUDENT OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION OUTREACH COMMITTEES WILL BE CONSULTED REGARDING THE TIMING AND THE SUBSTANCE.
