Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion adopt a Resolution approving the contract for sale of Agency real property at 729/731 Virginia Street to Rhiannon for $100,000 pursuant to her right of first refusal and subject to the same terms approved by the Board through Resolution No. 1252 on September 16, 2008 and authorizing the Executive Director to take any other actions to necessary to effectuate the sale.
