South Campus RapistUnidentified Suspect
white male, 30 years,  5'7"
medium build, clean shaven

On Sunday, March 14, 1999 at approximately 4:00am, the unidentified suspect depicted in the sketch above forced his way into a young woman's apartment in the South Campus area and sexually assaulted her. The sketch does include hair, but he was wearing a greenish brown hooded nylon jacket, thus the victim does not know what his hair really looked like. The suspect's jacket had velcro closures, and he was wearing brown corduroy pants. Except for the hair, the sketch is a good likeness of the suspect, who is approximately 30 years old.

The suspect found his way into the secure building apparently without been seen. He prowled the building until he found a light on and knocked on the victim's door. The suspect then forced his way inside her apartment where he sexually assaulted her. The suspect used verbally aggressive, degrading and abusive language.
