Recommendation: Approve the minutes for the Redevelopment Agency meeting of June 2, 2009.

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Executive Officer to execute a contract and any amendments with Ray's Electric in an amount not to exceed $945,000 for constructing the Aquatic Park Connection Streetscape Improvement Project for the period October 1, 2009 through October 1, 2010.
