Mental Health Program

In addition to individual, on-site counseling, the Mental Health Program engages in outreach activities including campus canvassing and student interaction, providing classroom presentations and facilitation of student support groups.  Counselors also serve as referral sources for students requiring more extensive mental health services.

The Mental Health Team

The Mental Health Team is made up City of Berkeley Public Health Division and Mental Health Division staff and interns.  Interns are bachelor degree level masters candidates or hold a graduate degree for their masters in social work or counseling and are committed to providing superior counseling services to adolescents in the Berkeley community.
