In addition to providing recommended immunizations for children and selected immunizations for adults, this program offers information about other immunization and vaccination programs available to the community.

Community Immunity: What can YOU do?  

PLEASE NOTE: Monday, December 28, 2015 to Friday, January 1, 2016:  Ann Chandler Public Health Center will be CLOSED for services.  Our services will resume regular schedules on January 4, 2016.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 


NEW! - The Flu Vaccine is now available!  
When: Mondays ONLY, 9:00 AM -11:00 AM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM  
Who: Anyone 3 years of age and older  
Cost: Free 

We provide the following vaccines for children who are Medi-Cal / CHDP eligible, uninsured or American Indian or Alaskan Native:Division of Public Health: izkids.jpg

For all other childhood vaccinations we will make appointments with local providers within 5 business days for those who qualify, or provide referrals for immunization services.

Who is the program for:  Residents of Berkeley and surrounding areas who are uninsured or whose insurance does not cover immunizations.

Charge for Services:  $26/Administrative fee per vaccine (No one will be denied immunizations due to inability to pay)
