Berkeley, California (Saturday, May 23, 2009) - On Friday, May 22, 2009, arrest warrants were issued for two known gang members who fled into North Oakland following a shooting that left one man dead and a traffic collision that claimed two additional lives.

Wanted for three counts of murder and considered armed and dangerous are:

Rafael Campbell                                           Samuel Flowers
Rafael Campbell, 6/25/81, of Oakland                Samuel Flowers, 2/8/88, of Oakland

Campbell and Flowers were identified as passengers in the tan Cadillac that fled the area of 10th Street and Allston Way following the May 16th shooting death of Charles Davis, 25, of Berkeley. Detectives now believe that shooting was gang-related.
