CITY OF BERKELEY PUBLIC HEALTH CLINIC - 830 UNIVERSITY
Temporary Closure and Relocation of Services
Berkeley, California (Monday, December 14, 2009) - The City of Berkeley Public Health Clinic building, located at 830 University Avenue, is scheduled for a major renovation beginning January 4, 2010. The project will last for approximately four (4) months. During the renovation this building will be CLOSED and services relocated.
Also, please note services will not be available from December 28, 2009 through January 2, 2010.
Beginning January 4, 2010, services will be provided at the following locations:
(El Centro, Family Planning, HIV/AIDS, Immunizations, Sexually Transmitted Infection Program, and Tuberculosis Prevention)
Location: 2500 Milvia Street, Suite 114 (medical office building at the corner of Milvia
Street and Dwight Way)
WIC PROGRAM (Women, Infants, Children)
Location: West Berkeley Senior Center located at: 1900 6th Street (one block from
830 University Ave.)
