Recommendation: Presentation and Discussion - Representatives of the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA) and the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA) will discuss

1.    A proposal for a new Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC) Joint Powers Agreement; and

2.    An update on the development of the Countywide Transportation Plan, funding strategies and opportunities.
