Biking and Walking Map (side 2, including UC Berkeley Campus) (PDF, 971 KB; cannot be printed due to copyright protections)
For a free copy of the map (limit one per person), visit any branch of the Berkeley Public Library or come by the Public Works Transportation Division (on the third floor of 1947 Center Street). If you would like a copy of our map to plan your visit from afar, it can be purchased for $5 from Rufus Graphics.
This new map is based on an older map published by Rufus Graphics of San Francisco, and is the companion to their Walk Oakland! map, which is printed at the same scale and in much the same style. The Berkeley map actually includes all of Emeryville, Albany, El Cerrito and Kensington as well as north Oakland and south Richmond.
The Berkeley map also includes useful safety and resource information, along with bikeways, walkways in the hills, popular destinations, shopping areas, bike shops, bicycle-actuated traffic signals, traffic barriers, street grades, a full street index, a campus inset map, and a regional BART map.
