Under the Berkeley Election Reform Act, all candidates running for local office, ballot measure committees and general purpose committees supporting or opposing candidates and/or measures in the November 8, 2016 Election are required to disclose information regarding individual contributors who give $50 or more. The Berkeley Election Reform Act requires that the City publish a list of all persons contributing fifty dollars or more to any candidate or committee in that election and the amounts of the contributions reported through the filing deadline for the second pre-election statements (October 22, 2016).
The list below includes contributions which were disclosed on campaign statements received by the City Clerk Department through October 22, 2016.
