Welcome to the Berkeley CERT Citywide Exercise online resource page. This site has links to registration, participant information, and exercise resources and will be updated periodically until the date of the exercise. Make sure to visit this site as you develop your group's exercise to find additional tips and resources to help you make your exercise a success.
The Berkeley CERT Citywide Exercise provides participants an opportunity to practice disaster response in their own neighborhoods. All individuals or community groups are encouraged to participate regardless of their level of CERT training or previous participation in City disaster preparedness activities.

The Berkeley CERT Citywide Exercise Participant Handbook is designed to assist group leaders (Exercise Controllers) in conducting a neighborhood drill in coordination with the City on May 19, 2012. Neighborhood Group Exercise Controllers will find objectives, sample scenarios, tips and directions on how to design an exercise and customize it to the scale appropriate for their neighborhood's participation. The handbook also contains the Exercise Feedback Form which should be turned in at the Exercise Debriefing following the neighborhood drill.
