The Berkeley Fire Department works in conjunction with the Building, Planning, Zoning, Health and Human Services Departments to process permits for Special Events, Plan Checks, Hazardous Operations, Fire-regulated and Storage Permits. The Permit Center is located at 2120 Milvia Street.
