Heart 2 Heart Mobile Health Van
"Your heart is in your hands!"
The H2H Mobile Health Van hosts events on the corner of Oregon Street and Sacramento in Berkeley, usually on the 4th Saturday of the month from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (*unless otherwise noted). Each monthly event has a theme with the goal of providing opportunities and resources for the entire community to benefit from and to connect with those that have barriers to accessing services. Services that are offered include:
- FREE blood pressure screenings door-to-door and at the Mobile Health Van
- Links to resources and services offered within the community and by the City of Berkeley
- Assistance with Covererd California health insurance applications

A community event celebrating the 4th anniversary of Heart 2 Heart's Mobile Health Van. Come out and enjoy an afternoon of FREE food and fun! Information about the Affordable Care Act and other community resources will be available. Free door to door blood pressure screenings throughout the neighborhood!
This event will be a site for the DEA National Take Back Initiative (NTBI), where community members can safely dispose of expired medications. This resource will be available on this date from 10 am – 2 pm.
Open to all community members!
