Heart 2 Heart Mobile Health Van
"Your heart is in your hands!"
The H2H Mobile Health Van has events on the corner of Oregon Street and Sacramento, usually on the 4th Saturday** of the month from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Each monthly event has a theme with the goal of providing opportunities and resources for the entire community to benefit from and/or connect to those that they have barriers in accessing. Services that are offered include:
- FREE blood pressure screenings door-to-door and at the Mobile Health Van
- Links to resources and services offered by the City of Berkeley and within the community
