Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution which opposes war with Iraq and endorses the February 16th Anti-War protest organized by Bay Area United Against War, A.N.S.W.E.R., Not In Our Name, and United for Peace and Justice; and request the City Manager send a letter of our position to our federally elected officials
