Tonight’s presentation provides the City Council with background and an overview of City Programs, services, priority work plan projects and resources aimed at addressing Health and Human Services Department and Health Disparities issues in the City. In addition to identifying key issues for future Council consideration, the series of study sessions planned through March are intended to inform the City Council’s priority setting and direction to the City Manager in the development of the FY2004 and FY2005 Proposed Budget.
