Recommendation: A 10-minute presentation on the Neighborhood Coordinating Council Program in the City of Richmond by the Richmond Community Affairs Liaison.

4.     Presentation: United Pool Committee

Recommendation: A 10-minute presentation by the United Pools Committee including use of electronic presentation material, to present their proposal to raise enough revenue to keep the pools open all year, with a timeline to demonstrate success.
