Recommendation: Adopt first reading of an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to accept a month-to-month tenancy with RILCO-Center, LLC for continued occupancy of that portion of 2055 Center Street used for central duplicating and mail services and authorizing up to seven months of rental payments at $5,250 per month, for a total not to exceed $36,750 in FY 2004, and further authorizing additional operating expenses of approximately $7,000 for maintenance and utilities.
