This meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Brown Act, Government Code Section 54953, Teleconferencing. 4. Commission Feedback on Council Approved Budget Amendments Impacting Community Agency Funding

Recommendation: Approves the Council’s budget amendments, noting strong reservations with respect to funds allocated to the Jubilee Interfaith Youth Initiative project due to substantial performance issues last year.

Recommendation: Approve funding for the Ed Roberts Campus ($35,000), Ecology Center Farm Fresh Choice ($10,000), Housing Rights, Inc. ($25,000), Pacific Center Facility Planning ($25,000), and West Berkeley Neighborhood Development Corp. ($20,000); and request that the West Berkeley Neighborhood Development Corporation (WBNDC) come back to the commission in October with a revenue budget and a more thorough scope of services.
