Mayor Bates announced the cancellation of the Work Session due to the building elevator being inoperable and lack of a quorum.

1.      Study Session FY 2005 and FY 2006 Budget Reduction Program Impacts (PDF, 2 MB) (to be delivered)

Recommendation:  Conduct a study session to review and discuss the program impacts of the FY 2005 and FY 2006 proposed $14 million general fund reductions and other fund reductions.  The reductions were listed in the January 27, 2004 City Manager Report entitled “Budget Status Report”.
