Recommendation: Continued study session to review and discuss the FY 2005 and FY 2006 capital improvements program budget.

2.      Creeks Ordinance

a.      From: City Manager (PDF, 3 MB)

Recommendation: Conduct a study session to review and discuss the existing creeks ordinance, as amended in May, 2003. Council members have questioned whether the ordinance is either too restrictive or insufficiently restrictive and whether additional issues should be addressed. This report is intended to provide some analysis and background to assist the Council in providing direction to Staff regarding any next steps it would like to take in addressing the issue.
