Recommendation: Discuss establishing policies: 1) on expenditures and reimbursement for
Mayor and Council expenses to conform to the City Charter and a new state law
(AB 1234); and 2) governing reimbursement of expenses by City boards and
commissions as is also required by AB 1234.
