Initiation of litigation—one case

The Berkeley City Council will consider whether to initiate litigation against the Berkeley Unified School District to collect various fees (including sanitary sewer and clean storm water fees) and charges for services provided under contracts (including contracts relating to provision of health services at Berkeley High School and pool use/maintenance charges)

 

NOTICE: The City Council will be on recess from March 30 through April 23, 2007.  The next regular meeting is scheduled for April 24th, 2007.
