1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL EXISTING LITIGATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a):

Berkeley Police Association v. City of Berkeley, et al., Alameda County Superior Court Case No. 2002 057569.

The City Council and the Library Board Trustees will then convene in closed session to meet with its attorneys concerning the following matter:
