Attorney to file an appeal if the Trail Court issues an enforcement order
requiring that the complainant be excluded from the complaint investigation

Threatened
litigation:
The City
Council will discuss with its attorneys the threat of litigation by Verizon
Wireless, as set forth in the February 20, 2007, letter from its attorney, Paul
Albritton, to the City Council, concerning the denial by the Zoning Adjustments
Board of its application to install a wireless telecommunications facility at
2721 Shattuck Avenue, the application of the City’s wireless telecommunications
ordinance (BMC Chapter 23C.17) to its application, and the validity of that
ordinance.
