Initiation of litigation—two cases:
a. The Berkeley City Council will consider
whether to sue in quo warranto to have Chris Kavannaugh removed from the City of
Berkeley Rent stabilization Board
b. The
Berkeley City Council will consider whether to initiate litigation against Art
Maxwell with respect to his ongoing interactions with users of the Becky Temko
