Public Comment: None
Approval of Minutes of Meeting of March 24, 2003 (PDF*, 8 KB)

Action: Moved, seconded, carried (Hawley/Maio) to approve minutes
Review and Action on Draft City Council Agenda for April 8, 2003

Action: All items approved for placement on Council agenda unless otherwise noted on the draft agenda summary. (Summary attached).
Discussion and Action regarding Adoption of Agenda Committee Procedures and Amendments to Council Rules of Procedure

Action: Directed the City Clerk to prepare amendments the Council Rules of Procedure to 1) allow a Council vote at special work sessions only if item is specifically noticed on the agenda as an action item; and 2) to provide that items that do not make the deadline for submittal to the Agenda Committee and are not presented to the Agenda Committee must be meet the definition of an �emergency� item.

**At its March 11, 2003 meeting, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 61,968-N.S. changing the name of the Rules Committee to the �Agenda Committee� to better reflect its duties.
