Enable the United Pools Committee to assemble their time into
one 10-minute presentation, including use of electronic presentation
material, as part of the June 17, 2003 public hearing on
the Fiscal Year 2004 and 2005 Biennial Budget to present their
proposal to raise enough revenue to keep the pools open all year,
with a timeline to demonstrate success.
