Adopt
a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to
the contract with International Parking Design, Inc. to add $50,000
for a total not to exceed $74,500 for a more detailed Center Street
Garage site analysis and preliminary design study to include the
Freight and Salvage Parcel Garage Addition, and extend the contract
expiration date to June 30, 2004.
