    Present:      Mayor Bates, Councilmember Maio and Councilmember Wozniak.
    Absent:       None.

     

  2. Public Comment:  None.

     

  3. Approval of Minutes of Meeting of February 7, 2005 (PDF, 88 KB).

    Action: Moved, seconded, carried (Maio/Wozniak) to approve the minutes.

     

  4. Review and Action on Draft Redevelopment Agency Agenda for February 22, 2005 (PDF, 140 KB).

    Action: All items approved for placement on the agenda.

     

  5. Review and Action on Draft City Council Agenda for February 22, 2005.

    Action: All items approved for placement on the agenda with the following additions, deletions or changes:

     

    Presentation: Oakland/Berkeley Asthma Hospitalization Report

    From: Councilmember Maio

    Recommendation:  Presentation and discussion by Poki Namkung regarding the “Oakland/Berkeley Asthma Hospitalization Report” prepared by the Oakland Berkeley Asthma Coalition.

    Action: Moved to March 22, 2005.

     

    Parking Revenue Improvements

    b.      Information Report from City Auditor

    Parking Enforcement Operations Audit

    From: City Auditor

    Recommendation: Request the City Manager to ensure that the recommendations in the attached report are fully implemented, and to report back by July 19, 2005, regarding the implementation status of each recommendation in the report. A date should be set for a follow-up report to Council if any recommendations remain unimplemented at the time of the July report.
