Title 23 of the Berkeley Municipal Code (BMC) to allow teaching-related
home occupations by issuance of an Administrative Use Permit.

of Slavery Ties of Financial and Insurance Institutions

a Resolution to refer to the City Manager adopting an Ordinance that

disclose any financial ties with slavery, whether investment, collateral
for loans, or issuing insurance policies.
