Adopt a policy to designate a dedicated revenue stream for the Affordable
Housing Trust Fund by setting aside a percentage of revenue (between 25%
to 50%) from sale of surplus property.

Noticed City Council Vote Prior to Entering Confidentiality Agreements

Recommendation:
Approve the concept of requiring a publicly noticed City Council vote
prior to entering Confidentiality Agreements on land use, master plans,
development agreements or long range plans, and that the wording of the
confidentiality agreement itself shall not be confidential; that
proposed settlement agreements developed by staff will appear on a
public City Council agenda prior to final adopting;
and refer to the City Manager to prepare for adoption a City
Resolution or Ordinance to implement this concept.
