All items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be approved in one motion. Section 8 Vouchers for Adeline Street Apartments From: Executive Director Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving the allocation of eighteen (18) Section 8 Project-based Certificates/Vouchers (PBCs) to the Adeline Street Apartments Project, sponsored by the Resources for Community Development (RCD). Five Year and Annual Plan From: Executive Director Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion adopt a Resolution adopting the Berkeley Housing Authority's 5-Year and Annual Plan (Fiscal Years 2000-2004), authorize the Executive Officer to certify the Plan's compliance with Federal regulations, and authorize its submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
