1. Approval of Minutes From: Executive Officer Recommendation: Approve the minutes for Authority meeting of November 21, 2000 (special). Action: Approved Minutes. (Abstain – Hawley; Absent – Armstrong, Spring)
2. Voucher Payment Standard From: Executive Officer Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution adopting the payment standard for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program effective December 1, 2000 and rescinding Resolution No. 616. Contact: Stephen Barton, Housing, 665-3481 Action: Adopted Resolution No. 619. (Absent – Armstrong, Spring)
3. Consultant Services From: Executive Officer Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Executive Officer to execute a contract and any amendments with Baker Street Associates, LLC, for consultant services in an amount not to exceed $35,000. Contact: Stephen Barton, Housing, 665-3481 Action: Removed from the Consent Calendar by Authoritymember Maio. Moved, seconded, carried (Worthington/Maio) to adopt Resolution No. 620 authorizing the Executive Officer to execute a contract with Baker Street Associates, LLC, for a maximum of $10,000, to provide transition help with paper work only and authorizing the Executive Officer to execute a new contract with another consultant for up to $25,000, and to refer the new contract to the Resident Advisory Board.
