2. Contract:  Wage, Claim, and Employer Address Data

   From:  Executive Officer

   Recommendation:  Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Executive Officer to execute a contract and any amendments with the State Employment Development Department (EDD) in an amount not to exceed $9,600 to provide wage, claim, and employer address data for FY 01-02 through FY 03-04.

3. Section 108 Loan

   From Executive Officer

   Recommendation:  Adopt a Resolution approving a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program application for the Berkeley Housing Authority in the amount of $1,400,000 and authorizing the use of current and future Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as ultimate security to participate in the Section 108 Program.
