Housing Authority may take action related to any subject listed
on the Agenda.
Authority will consider removal and addition of items to the
Consent Calendar prior to voting on the Consent Calendar.
All items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be
approved in one motion. Items
removed from the Consent Calendar will be taken up after the
“Action Calendar” unless the Authority reorders the agenda.

Public Housing Project Drainage Sewer Improvements
From: Executive Officer (to
Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager
to approve plans and specifications for the Sojourner Truth
Court Public Housing Storm Drainage Improvements Project;
accepting the bid of Mosto Constructions, Inc.; and
authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract and any
amendments in an amount not to exceed $155,000 for a term of

Adopt a Resolution authorizing a Request for
Proposals (RFP) for building maintenance services for
75-units of rental housing units owned by the Berkeley
Housing Authority, and authorizing the Executive Officer to
execute an agreement and any amendments for a term not to
exceed twelve months, with an option to renew an additional
twelve months in an amount not to exceed $80,000 per year;
and authorizing the Executive Officer to amend the payment
provision as necessary to reflect any changes in the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) mandated

administration of the Shelter Plus Care Program ($70,000)
